Empowering Residents to Prosper

CPO Impact | www.cpoimpact.org

Championing resident advancement involves creating a community where residents feel safe, stable, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed. In these communities, residents have the confidence to take ownership of their journey, overcome obstacles, and seize opportunity. In 2023, resident growth opportunities focused on workforce development, financial empowerment, digital inclusion, and linkage to stabilizing support.
